Sara Khan (Sadhna) suffers a fracture

Our lovely Sadhna suffered a fracture recently on the sets of STAR PARIVAR awards.

Sources report that Angad and Sara had a dance shoot for a promo of upcoming Star Parivar Awards. One of the movements had Sara had to fall over and Angad to hold her. But very unfortunately the choreographer changed their positions and Angad misjudged Sara's fall, which resulted in Sara landing on her left elbow. She has suffered a hairline crack around the elbow, and has the plaster now.

When Ali was contacted he confirmed the news about her fall. She will be having the plaster on that will last for a month. He added that she is in pain but has resumed shoot for Bidaai. Playing Sadhna off screen as well eh??

Angad, Sara's on screen husband was indeed concerned about her. He says it was very unfortunate, the choreographer's change of mind led to the confusion. He was supposed to hold Sara but there was a change in her movement and she landed on her elbow.

She is now healthy enough to resume shoot just that there will  a plaster on her hand. As she is already being shown ill after the fire incident, she will continue to shoot with the shawl wrapped around her. My poor Sadhna, now i can’t see her beautiful sarees. Hope she recovers soon.

Indrajeet and Vasu are at the temple. Ranvir calls them to inform that the operation was successful. Vasu is very happy. In the hospital Sadhna is shifted the ward. Ranvir says that  all this was possible because of Vasu’s prayers. Aalekh says that Vasu can ruin not correct them. Aalekh goes to meets Sadhna. Vinu gets tea, he asks Maamiji to break her fast. Anand arrives he asks about Sadhna, Ragini says that the operation is successful, Sadhna is out of danger.  He leaves, as he leaves he speaks to someone, gives the whereabouts. In the ward Aalekh cries out to Sadhna, he asks her why she thinks of others all time. Why doesn’t she take care of herself? Then Sadhna wipes his tears and says that her Aalekh is there to take care of her. This scene is depicted very beautifully. The others also enter the room. Sadhna tries to ask something but no one understands, the Nurse comes inside and asks them to leave. Ragini understands Sadhna’s gesture though.  Awni is upset. She doesn’t understand the reason for her plans flopping out big time. Awni goes to Vinu asks about his problems at workplace and about him getting arrested. She is actually trying to get the fact about Vasu’s hand behind his arrest. But he tells her that she doesn't need to worry about his job, it's they don’t discuss about it in the hospital. Naveen changes the topic by asking about Indrajeet, they out looking for him. 

Ranvir gets a call from Indrajeet; He walks away due network problems. Ranvir is happy listening to what Indrajeet tells him. Ranvir hangs up and gives a hug to Aalekh. Aalekh gets confused; he doesn’t understand the reason for his hug. Ranvir says that Indrajeet and Vasu are walking to the Mandir to pray for Sadhna’s safety. Aalekh is very upset, he really misses Sadhna he speaks about it to Maamaji. He cries for her love. Ragini says that Sadhna has to live for their sake. Indrajeet says that Sadhna is an Angel and her selfless act towards saving Vasu can never be re-payed. He says that the Almighty will not let such injustice happen. Sadhna will be fine. Vasu hears this. Awni and Naveen, who came to scene are worried as the bitterness between Mother and sons had started to wear off. Moreover they were worried that Vasu would change her intentions towards Sadhna  as she had put her life at stake to get her out of the fire. She says that the bitterness should prevail, she says that she will give some final touches.

 The doctor's says Sadhna's minor wounds have been treated but there's one wound on her back that needs to be operated. Due to smoke inhalation her lungs are clogged and till they are clear they cannot go ahead with the operation. They were waiting for her lungs to get cleared. Aalekh says that it will be impossible for him to think of a lie without Sadhna in it let alone will. He blames himself for not being able to get her out of the fire on time. He adds that if something happens to Sadhna then he would quit living [...]

The commotion still prevails. AalVir are trying to get inside the house to save Vasu. Meanwhile Sadhna gets in. Someone shouts for her to return but she was already inside. She shouts off for Vasu.  Finally she finds Vasu suffocated because of the smoke. Finally Sadhna reaches Vasu. She gets hold off her and asks to come out. Vasu, egoistic as always, gets off her hold and shouts for Ranvir. Sadhna tells her that Ranvir is safe outside. Sadhna begs her with folded hands to forget her anger for now. She asks Vasu to take all her anger out later, but for then she asks her to leave with her.

Vasu takes her help and goes towards the door. A big plank wood was about to fall over. Sadhna pushes Vasu out off the house, the wood falls blocking the entrance, Sadhna will be trapped inside. RagVir and Aalekh go to Vasu to find out if she is fine. Vasu will be in a state of shock. She somehow succeeds to whisper that Sadhna is inside. Aalekh jumps into the house through the window he finds Sadhna unconscious. He tries to get Sadhna back to consciousness but fails. He says he save her under all circumstances. RagVir leave Vasu till the car. Ranvir goes back, tries to get in the house. Ranvir shouts out to them to let him go inside as his Bhaiya and Bhabhi are inside that was a touching scene. Anand hold on to hm very tightly. Aalekh kicks the burning door to pave the way the way out. Indrajeet arrives there, he asks Ragini about the fire, he asks about Vasu, Ragini says that Vasu is fine, but SaAlekh are inside. Indrajeet will be shocked. Vasu will be in shock even then. Aalekh manages to get Sadhna out of the house but she had not yet gained consciousness and had burnt wounds all over [...]

At “Kaushlya Nivas”Maamiji was about to leave to Rajvansh house to speak to Vasu about Vinu’s arrest. Maamaji stops her he says that if they come under the influence of anger and take haste steps them there wouldn’t be any difference between them and Vasu. He says that if they also act stupidly like Vasu then small cracks that have appeared on their relationships will grow to such a extent that cannot it be healed later. He asks her if she wants to ruin her daughters’ future as whatever may happen no one can change the fact that Vasu is her daughters’ mother in law. He says that he is proud of Sadhna and Vinu who were quiet all the while and happy to know that they dint forget values he had given them. And that’s the only reason Vinu is back home safe and sound. Instead he asks her to pray that Vasu becomes fine. Forgets her stubbornness and takes her children back home. He asks to leave the matter there itself and pray that SaGini will be successful.

On the other end, Aalekh says that SaGini have brought happiness in their life. He thanks Ragini for getting him and Ranvir on the track. He asks Sadhna to go with them and meet Vasu; he says that maybe Vasu has understood the situation by then. Since she is his wife Vasu has to accept her and if she doesn’t, Aalekh continues, he will plead her to do so. He says she will surely accept her as she wants her son to be happy. And he says that Vasu realises that his happiness is in being with her. Ranvir also asks her to come. Ragini is says that if they are returning to Rajvansh house, then the four will go together. She asks her not to worry as she is sure that everything will be fine. Sadhna agrees eventually. They were about to leave when Maamaji calls Sadhna to ask about her well being. She says she is fine. He asks her if she has told anyone about Vasu’s hand in Vinu’s arrest says no, they hang up. Malti had not cooled her angry, she thinks that its better she goes to speak to Vasu and asks her to stay off her family. She thinks that Vasu is taking advantage of Maama, Maami and Vinu’s innocence. She leaves to Rajvansh house [...]

Vasu goes in her car. There is a cute scene where the song Luka Chuppi will be played from the film Rang De Basanthi, showing cute segments of the past showcasing on the affection of the mother and sons. There is a very cute part which shows young Aalvir, both look quite chubby here. Even AalVir think of the same. Indrajeet reaches the Rajvansh house, he finds Vasu in shock. He asks her to cry out and eliminate all the agony in her. He asks her get rid of her ego and stubbornness through her tears. She cries out loud, Indrajeet tells her that she had hidden her care inside her all the while. She hugs Indrajeet and cries out loud. Aalekh and Ranvir stay on the terrace of her house all that Ragini had told was ringing in their ears.

SaGini return home they’re worried about AalVir as they on the terrace since a very long time. Sadhna asks Ragini if her everything would be fine. Ragini says that they have tried their best the rest was in AalVir’s hands. At the same time the power goes off. At the Sharma house, dinner was over; Maamaji asks Vinu if he had told to Maamiji or Malti about their suspicion towards Vasu with regard to his arrest. He says that he dint. Vasu will be talking to Ranvir, when she suddenly notices that Aalekh has disappeared. She will be worried about him. She asks Ranvir to find him. Aalekh chases Ranvir, he re enters the building. He hears some gossips going on behind the wall he checks only to find Anand with Jaideep. He hits Anand again was about bash him when Ragini stops him. She says that it wasn’t Anand’s fault and if he has to say anything he has to tell her. She also says that it was her plan. Aalekh and Ranvir are shocked but Aalekh asks Ragini what she is saying Ragini agrees that she had planned out the whole era.

When Ranvir asks for justification, she says she had spoken to Anand about Aalekh’s and Ranvir’s reunion with their family and Anand had agreed to help her. She says both Sadhna and herself weren’t able to bear the bitterness that had camouflaged the love in their family. Sadhna was helpless as she felt she was reason for this, she used to cry day and night thinking about this and she was not able to take Sadhna’s pain either. She says that when Vasu had fired Jaideep for Aalekh’s sake and Jaideep went forward to strike against her, she thought that it was the best situation to bring the mother and sons together. So, Anand went to meet Jaideep and sketched out a plan. Anand says Jaideep that the Rajvansh’s are nice people and he needs his help with his plan. He also says that if the plan works out then he will make sure the Jaideep will get his problem solved. They made enough plans to make Aalekh believe that Vasu’s life was in stake due to Jaideep. And therefore they had purposely thrown the paper with Vasu’s pic circled in red ink. They also made threatening calls at Ranvir’s office and teh Rajvansh house. There isn’t much information about Chirag after this. Meanwhile some organizers come to Vasu’s place to invite as a chief guset to a fuction called “Sampurna Parivar Mahaparv”, a function which was being held at Agra. Vasu was asked to be the chief guest of this function and she sent the invite to Ranvir and Aalekh. At the Ragini’s house there is cute segment of RagVir where Ranvir helps Ragini to wash the clothes but unfortunately Ranvir’s cell falls in the water then a great RagVir hug. The invitation comes to Ranvir’s house but he denies attending it and he also says that he is sure that Aalekh wouldn’t attend the function either.

Someone calls at Vasu’s house, Hariya , picks nobody speaks, the phone rings again Vasu picks it, someone speaks on the phone that her family is doomed, both her sons will harmed in the function. Vasu will be worried calls up Ragini and asks her not to let AalVir (Aalekh and Ranvir) not to attend the function. Later it is shown that it was Chirag who called. Aalekh will be at his site, he gets a message from the telephone desk. He goes there; the operator says that the call (Sadhna’s) was from Lucknow. Aalekh immediately calls up Ragini and says that he will immediately leave for Lucknow. But, Ragini asks him to stay back as Sadhna had called her and informed that she has left from there. Ragini was to tell about Vasu’s call but it gets cancelled. Aalekh thinks of asking forgiveness from Jaideep for Vasu’s behaviour, he goes to meet them but the crowd of people who were with Jaideep sees him and run away. Aalekh finds the invitation of the Mahaparv, which had Vasu’s picture; the pic was rounded in red ink. Aalekh gets a doubt that these people may try to harm Vasu [...]

Sharma is in great tension as Vinu has not called ever since he’s left to Lucknow. Ragini comes there to find his whereabouts. She asks the contact number of Vinu’s new office from Malti. Malti says she’s been trying but no one is picking the call. Ragini says that even she’ll try once.  She calls up, the peon picks the call. Ragini says that she wants to speak to the manager about Vineet Sharma, an employee whose been sent been sent to Agra on business trip. The peon says that the office is on leave on and as far as he knows no one of the employees have left Agra. Ragini gets a shock listening to this.

Meanwhile Sadhna gets a call on the landlord’s house. She answers the call, it was Vineet, he says he’s in big trouble, he says that he tried calling Ragini, but she wasn’t receiving his call and explains his situation. Sadhna asks him not to get tensed and she will do something about it. Vinu calls his house and speaks to Malti, he says that he wasn’t able to call as he busy in his work. He also says that he is busy and may not call again that day.

Aalekh on his way home stops at the flower shop, he takes the best flowers available there was Sadhna, he reaches home only to find to it locked. He opens the door with his keys he finds a note from Sadhna inside. He reads it and gets tensed. RagVir come home at the time Aalekh gives the note to Ragini which said that Sadhna was going out of Agra for 2 or 3 days on some urgent work, she had also written that she couldn’t give information and she writes that she knows that they trust her completely. Aalekh goes to terrace Ranvir asks Ragini if Maamaji knows anything about it to which she replies he doesn’t and it’s better  they don’t tell him anything about it as he will be tensed [...]

Bidaai..... story so far

Hey, well, before I start updating about the daily happenings I just thought I'l give the brief storyline on what has already happened.

As mentioned  in the earlier post, Sadhna grew accustomed to her Maamiji's and Nanima's criticism. Besides Ragini, Prakashchand and Kaushalya also have a son, Vineet who is elder to Ragini and he is married to Malti. She is a money minded person who thinls of none but herself. She also left no chance on criticizing Sadhna. Though she had to take the pain, Sadhna was happy for Ragini, Maamaji and Vinnet loved her very dearly. 

One fine day, Sadhna gets a call from her father, Kishanchand,  and he informs her that he is returning to India. Sadhna and Ragini were very happy with the news but Maamiji was happy as Sadhna will be finally leaving the house. But, nature played a cruel part, the flight in which Kishanchand was about to arrive crashed and Sadhna lost her father. She was broken because of this incident, but Prakashchand consoles her. Sadhna receives a sum of Ten Lakhs from the Govt. as a compensation towards her father's death and Malti eyes on this money and plans on owning it. 

Now, it happens that Kaushalya, tries to get Ragini married as she is elder to Sadhna, a Nanima fixes a groom, Punit, who basically dint like Ragini, but his mom persuades him to marry her as they could demand dowry as she is not good looking. On the day when Punit comes to see Ragini, Kaushalya asks Sadhna not to come before the groom's family as previously an alliance for Ragini was broken because the groom liked Sadhna and not Ragini. Sadhna agrees to this and keeps off from the marriage ceremonies. Malti notices this and tells Punit's Mom all about Sadhna and speaks of a plan to devour the Ten Lakhs from Sadhna with her [...]

Sapna Babul Ka.......Bidaai

Daily soaps are a wonderful source of entertainment. They have always been a great help to fight boredom, especially for the ladies. Well, that doesn’t mean that men detest daily soaps. They do watch soaps with their families but, indeed they don’t get too much involved into it. For girls, like me, these soaps have become a keen interest and therefore missing even one episode will get me into the urge of watching the missed episode somehow. Be it the repeat telecast, or through the Youtube.

Today, we have several entertainment channels like Star plus, Star one, Sony, NDTV Imagine, Colors, Zee TV etc that telecast several daily soaps and they are warmly welcomed by viewers. Presently Star Plus’s Bidaai is on the highest TRP and it is of course one of most favourite soaps.

It has a great storyline besides the cast are the most talented. The men are handsome while women are beautiful. Each one, among the cast are firm on their roles. Be it the role of a seedi saadi ghar ki bahu or a super maniac husband ya bête or the chandika devi avatar waale mother in laws or the bêti ko duniya maane ma or the lovely brother of his pyaari sisters and of course the bad bahus all work on their roles uniformly and therefore, today Bidaai is in a league of its own.

The main storyline is of two sisters Ragini and Sadhna. Ragini is the daughter of Sri. Prakashchand Sharma, a writer from Agra. Sadhna is his younger sister’s daughter who is left in Prakashchand’s care by her Suraj, her father. Sadhna lost her mother when she was very young and therefore Suraj went aboard to earn his bread and that’s how Sadhna entered her Maama’s house “Kaushalya Nivas”.

Kaushalya Nivas is named her Prakashchand’s wife Kaushlya, who doesn’t like Sadhna because of her fair and beautiful complexion unlike her own daughter Ragini, who is dark and unattractive. But, this difference in the complexion doesn’t affect the sister’s bonding in any way and therefore they grew attached to each other. Kaushalya and her mom, known as Nanima, were always worried about Ragini’s future and they thought that as long as Sadhna is there Ragini will never be able to find a good husband as the grooms would prefer Sadhna to Ragini.

The journey of the sisters fighting against all the evils of society is the main take of the soap. Will their bonding break? Will they get married? Will they live a happy life? Will the love and attachment they share last long is all what the story is about. You will be updated with each of its episodes from now on.
